I see the world through lenses, of both the prescribed and the imagined type. This raw fascination with the ability to control (or lack thereof) one’s vantage point upon a precious object, slowly building and manipulating your relationship with a mundane bundle of matter. Perhaps this is deep-seated in years of watching contemporary cinema, or the unnecessarily long list of books on quantum theory checked out in my name at your local library. In any case, I see the optical aids that I carry on my head and in my head as a tapped resource that can be compiled upon itself in such a way that it can again become untapped. And this untapped stream of data can be seen all at once from every angle, producing a completely new form.
