Small drawing of an engine block

My desk at work, dimensions and sketches for an engine crate.

First mobile update

Success! Expect some interesting stuff. Lots of photo updates.

No excuse.

Quite a bit has happened since February. I received a very gracious offer to attend Northwestern’s Art & Theory program & the Maryland Institute College of Art’s Electronic Media program but was ultimately swayed to Ohio State University’s Art & Technology program. I could not resist the lure of being immersed into a group of individuals with whom I could create grand experiments with. And I hope such is the case.

I can’t wait to play with the 3-D printers and various new toys.

Also, wedding planning and design has taken up a massive amount of time. See Cake and Fireworks! for details.

My project engine for my car is taking off finally, I am actually taking it to the machine shop to have the block hot-tanked and measured so that my new parts can be ordered. I’m just hoping it will actually turn over.

This time, I definitely promise to update more often. If only I had a Mac, I could write an app to let me update WordPress remotely. Actually, I never checked. Surely, there is one in the app store. You’ll know if you see a mobile update in a few minutes.
